"The room was not as clean and as comfortable as before. The bed sheets were not freshly changed, the mattress and pillows were awful! The guy who checked us in was not at all professional! He was actually rude. However, at the end of our stay Zoe who checked us out is definitely an asset to the Embassy Suites! We do NOT like having to pay for parking, that is ridiculous! Especially when Embassy Suites host an event like a boxing match and your paying hotel guest can't find a parking on the premises! We feel like we should be compensated a couple nights stay for our inconvenience."

"The room was clean but out dated and dark. I stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 years ago. And the rooms look the same. A light bulb was falling out of the desk lamp. Be careful in the bathroom if you bend you are likely to hit your head on the towel rack that is right in front of the toilet. And they have a shower matt for the tube. "
