"The location was excellent, and the pool was fantastic! However, the rooms felt outdated, and the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. You can only dine or drink at the restaurant on the top floor if you have reservations. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the claim that the 2-bedroom suites offer views of the fireworks, but that wasn't quite accurate. Overall, our stay was okay. I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"In the pictures, this hotel seemed better than average and in a good area. However, it was not sanitary and the staff was not the best. The room we got had a very dirty bathroom/tub and I would question the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Also, VERY noisey. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING adn EVERYONE. During our stay, we decided to shower in the morning and the water would not go down the drain in the tub. I called to have maintainance come fix it and he came to the room quickly, but the man knocked once and let himself in with a key! He didnt even wait for me to get the door. I felt so weird because it was me and my daughter in the room! The gentlemen didnt speak english well and spent 20 minutes trying to fix the drain and didnt fix it. After that, we couldnt shower the rest of our stay because the when someone would shower in the next room our tub would fill up with water and debris. I will not be staying here again. The price was great, but now i get why it was so cheap. I have attached pictures."

"Having a refrigerator is very important to me in a hotel. I knew I was going to be getting in late after our day at Disneyland. I called ahead to let them know twice, just in case, and both phone calls, I made sure to ask that my room's refrigerator be checked that it was working well. Both times, they claimed me they would and it would be. I got there and put food in the fridge, planning for breakfast ahead of time. When we woke up in the morning, the refrigerator had not kept our food cold to a food safe temperature, and I don't really enjoy throwing up from food or taking a risk of that, so I had to throw it away. I let the front desk know, but I have not heard from management yet today, so I guess they don't really care that much. The really stupid thing is that our room was the closest one to the front office, so it would have been really easy for them to come check the fridge. Besides all of that, there isn't really enough parking for everybody, so you have to park far away from your room. The area seemed clean enough and maintained, but, I guess maintenance was all just for show, because our room air conditioner also did not work well, and I had to just settle for fan. It was so late and we were going to be leaving so early that I just didn't have time to hassle them about their malfunctioning equipment that they should already know about. "

"We checked in with Steve. He was great, we rode the van to Disneyland the driver was wonderful. By the way it’s free when staying at the hotel. It’s been a wonderful stay and we will be back soon!"
