“Parking was pretty tight, so if you are using a larger vehicle make sure to let them know so you can work with your down stairs neighbor. There isn’t really anything in walking distance but there is tons near by if you are driving ! The property owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for activities for our stay. “We loved this spot! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It didn't feel like a hotel in the best way - it felt more like you were staying at someone's private residence. Beautiful gardens, great pool and hot tub. And we loved the resident cats who would frequently come to visit. Staff were very attentive and replied quickly via WhatsApp if anything was ever required. We were able to enjoy the property early before check in, which we really appreciated after a long night of travel. I……

“Really loved this place. We got the room with private tub also which was super cool. Loved sitting in it at night with the lights. The only note I’d mention is when you get something and they put it on your room number, they don’t charge at that time, but give you a total when you check out. But they were all so helpful when planning activities, and making suggestions.”

“Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again.”

El hotel es pequeño, la habitación en lo personal fue pequeña, pero suficiente para pasar la noche, lo que le da el plus son las piscinas termales demasiado limpias justo a unos pasos de tu habitación, la atención del personal destaca y el restaurante rain forest muy recomendable,……
