“We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk at check-in, with very clear instructions about morning breakfast. Excellent hot springs at various temperatures laid out very nicely with privacy. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. We were facing the Arensl volcano and can occasionally see the full mountain when it was clear. Nice location, not too far from downtown La Fortuna and other main attractions. “Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. ”

“Parking was pretty tight, so if you are using a larger vehicle make sure to let them know so you can work with your down stairs neighbor. There isn’t really anything in walking distance but there is tons near by if you are driving ! The property owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for activities for our stay. The morning birds and howler money were an added bonus and you never know what creatures you are going to catch rubbing under the street lights at night ! Extremely……

“Fue la mejor estancia que tuve en Costa Rica. El Hotel está espectacular, desde que llegamos está entre la jungla. El personal es muy amable. Steve fue una de las personas que nos atendió y fue un gusto conocerlo y compartir con el. La comida y bebidas están súper ricas. Las aguas termales son excelentes y están abiertas asta muy tarde. El volcán lo puedes apreciar desde la piscina o desde el restaurante. Tener tu propio jacuzzi con agua termales es muy recomendable. Lo que me gustaría que……

“Our 2 bedroom villa was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked great and we loved the private pool. They provide toiletries and hairdryers. There is a small kitchen area with a coffee maker and mini fridge, no microwave. The only thing we missed was not having a living room to hang out together in, but there is plenty of seating on the porch. Beware the doors lock automatically when you shut them so if you are going out on the porch or pool make sure to take your key. The grounds are……
