“We tried to check in early, couldn't find anyone for a good 5 -10 minutes. Tried calling but no answer. Someone finally came out but they weren't ready for us, which was fine. We were told 2 pm. We came back at 6, and there was a problem with there being 3 people instead of 2, though the room I chose had two beds anyway, so beyond a fee it shouldn't have been a problem. They then make us wait until 6:30, when we have dinner reservations. The mattresses weren't covered so we saw the stains on……
