“We enjoyed our stay at JOIA Aruba. The resort was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We appreciated the room upgrade to a pool-view room, early check-in, and the friendly staff. Our main issue was communication. We were not informed at check-in that certain pool areas were reserved for members only. Was just "down home" friendly and seemed to genuinely care about us. I have a cousin who visits Aruba regularly and stays at the Ritz. I think that is indulgent when the Holiday Inn offers such a comfortable facility right in the middle of so many shopping and eating options.”
