"A perfect spot if you feel like you want an escape away from the busy tourist areas. You will need a car, but it is nicely centrally located so it felt easy to visit attractions on every corner of the island. The hosts were very communicative, but also felt like I had total privacy. The kitchenette was nice for basic cooking. Plunge pool was a very nice touch. Overall a great value!"

Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The property is in a prime spot with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is excellent and the staff on the beach could not be any more pleasant. Arturo was amazing, always wanting to find us the perfect spot. I will say, if you are older and past the party stage, avoid the Sea Tower… Mumba next door parties until 2am. The hotel moved us quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. All of the employees were so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Divi All Inclusive Aruba was a beautiful, quiet resort with very friendly staff. The restaurants provided a variety of tasty food, but it is difficult to make reservations as they can only be made for the next two days once you are on site. We also discovered if we didn't reserve our beach chairs by 7:30-8:00am, there were none available under a canopy or tree for shade. The afternoon sun gets very hot! Our ocean front room was on the third floor, so we had a wonderful view of the beach. The room was spacious with a nice deck, and very quiet at night. The entertainment provided in the evenings was enjoyable, with singers, dancers, steel band, and instrumentalists. "
"The hotel location was good and the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean but very plain, and ultra modern I guess that's the "Scandanavian design" but cheaply put together. The kitchen cabinets were plain white, which was fine, but cheaply made, flimsy. The drawers did not pull out or close easily. No stove, so if you wanted to cook, you couldn't. Only microwave. The coffee maker was difficult and tempermental to operate. The grout in the floors, living room and bathroom was crumbling and incomplete in some areas. The worst part was the design of the bathroom. There was not counter around the sink/vanity. No room to put your everyday toiletries/essentials. Barely room to place a couple toothbrushes or comb/brush if trying to get ready. Things kept falling off onto the floor or into the garbage can next to it. Very difficult to heat up and use curling iron or hair dryer without resting inside the sink or dropping on floor and no outlet outside of bathroom to do it there as there was a full length mirror there. The raised sink took up the whole space and was shallow and poorly drained. overall it was clean but poorly designed"
"My room smelled sooo bad. It smelled like a dog was in the room prior to me occupying it. I called the front desk multiple times in which they tried to resolve the issue by spraying the floors with a freshener. That solution worked for all is 15 minutes. I was just shocked that the Ritz Carlton’s rooms smelled bad especially since the hotel was known for having a really nice fragrance. "
"The Hilton was great once again. I’m 81 and they put us in the Main building rm 1305 it was fabulous, so nice easy for me to move around. The staff is the very best. "
