Beautiful Hotel! Nice large lobby with a full service Starbucks.
All beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays.
The beds were comfortable. Nice size bathrooms. A lot of counter space for a lady’s beauty tools.
There’s a restaurant inside the hotel. Very nice.
Since there’s little parking available, the Valet parking was well worth the extra expense. For one night it was acceptable for us.
Location of the hotel is excellent. We walked to the canal and to restaurants.

Second time staying at this location. Staff is wonderful, rooms are rather small but very well maintained and the location is wonderful. Would suggest to business travelers going to OKC. Probably not suited for families as there are some requirements for the club area.

My husband and I went to celebrate our marriage anniversary and It was amazing! Very relaxing and the staff is very helpful, you can simply text them for anything you need or concerns which is really nice. The food was great! We recommend the tap house for evening and drinks and then the Seltzers Modern diner for breakfast!!! So delicious! We definitely will be going back!

Loved staying at a historic property. Hotel was well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. On site bar and restaurant were excellent. Great location to downtown venues. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay again. I believe parking was an added charge but our son drove so I am not completely sure of this. However, we had a delightful stay. A big thanks to the staff.

We had last minute tickets to the Thunder game on New Years' Eve and was glad to get a room at the Ambassador. The courtesy shuttle to game was fantastic, so we didn't have to fight for a parking space. The staff was nice and the room was fabulous!

We stayed 3 nights and decided to get another room for our niece. Jenny was exceptionally nice and helpful. The parking was so convenient. We also loved that parking was included with the room. We loved that the Botanical Gardens were so close. We will be staying there again.

The staff was very friendly, room was comfortable and the extra security of room card for elevator usage was nice. The location in walking distance to so many venues and events was great! If you're a light sleeper, something to dampen or cancel the outside noise would be recommended.

The staff was welcoming and it was very clean! If you are going to an even at Paycom, I highly recommend the stay. One elevator was down, so it delayed getting to your room if you could not climb stairs.

AC is a beautiful and trendy new hotel with valet parking or self parking half a block away ($25 per day). The location is perfect for all Bricktown activities, and the price is very reasonable for the asthetic quality of the property. Check-in staff was less than personable and keys are turned off promptly at the 11 AM check-out time, but I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! We came to stay for a concert just steps away at the Criterion. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. The only down side was hot water seemed to be lacking. Albeit there was a beauty pageant taking place and I’m sure that had to do it. Over all very happy with our stay. Valet parking was very nice to have and not worry about where to park so close to Bricktown

Was not what was pictured when I got there!! They were very accommodating when we could not use the shower the next morning and gave us a new room. Everyone was very nice and helpful and if I asked for anything they would make sure I had it!
