Breakfast was average but acceptable. Love the location super convenient for everything but it can get loud at night since its near a square."

We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...

"Very welcoming, central to most things, would stay again, we had an issue within the room which was rectified within minutes. "

"The one good thing about this hostel is that it is centrally located in the city. They fail to mention that they have a single toilet and 3 showers for each gender in the hostel. The showers and bathroom were extremely dirty, had various bugs crawling around them, and always smelled disgusting. The hotel manager also fails to mention that they turn the air conditioning on at night and prohibit you from opening the window, leaving you in a hot room with 7 other people. Avoid this place. "
