"Service is exceptional. Front desk staff excellent. So many who all were attentive and engaged that we regrettably didn’t get any names but fast and informed. From Marta, the self-confessed cat lover bar manager to Larissa the effortlessly effervescent hostess to Sonia the ever consummate fine hotel manager and Vanessa the pleasant and slightly sardonic bar tender, the staff were all equal parts charisma and efficiency, and both in good measure. Can’t say enough about the way the staff made us...

"The apartment was lovely, bed was super comfy, hot water arrived very quickly to the shower taps. The kitchen was well kitted out for cooking one’s own meals. There was even a small washer/dryer! The windows all opened but it was too windy to leave them open. Also, street noise was rather loud up until about 10:30-11:00 at night. The staff were lovely! "
