“I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers.
I’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. ”
