"3-sterren design hotel in dorpje Bestwig met prima parkeermogelijkheid. Van doorgaande hoofdstraat hoor je niet veel omdat kamers aan veelal aan achterzijde liggen. Er zijn wel wat nare elementen in het hotel, zoals (lijk)kisten op iedere verdieping ... en de ontbijtruimte lijkt op een crematoriumzaal met een daarbij passend muziekje .... jiiee"

"Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, das Abendessen war spitze, Frühstück ebenfalls top. Zusätzlich war bei uns das Frühstück gratis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel. "

"Off the beaten track. We were passing through on a driving tour. the hotel had a ski lodge feel. A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was really comfortable. Breakfast was great, loads to choose from. Freshly made strudel. There was always coffee available in the lounge."

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. To me I don’t...

"Well this hotel had a solution. A good swimming pool, jaccuzzi , steam bath , sauna and an indoor games room. My daughter of 6 years of age forgot completely about the terrible weather outside. Only one small criticism was there was no internet service in the room ( only available in the lobby area ) ."

"A Rather aged hotel, my room reminded me of holidaying in a caravan due to the furniture used, TV couldnt get apps, a must in this day and age.... Very comfortable bed.. Breakfast is great, as are the staff, would stay again"
