Nice Downtown Location
The location is in the heart of DT Savannah, which puts a lot right outside your door. The space was clean and exactly as presented in the listing although it was a little ‘bare bones.’ There was no soap, only one trash bag (no spares), no laundry detergent, no coffee or tea, the AC filter was ‘full,’ and the place smelled musty. The building is mostly other listing, which made for relatively quiet neighbors. Parking is a serious issue in the area. Please go to the visitor center for details on how to navigate that mess. Vacasa Property Mgmt was slow to respond and often with emojis/memes. It was overall a nice place.

NOT so Sweet!
Blinds/shades in LR broken and couldn’t be lowered. Toilet seat in BR broken and kept sliding off toilet. Record player broken and would play. Bed was hard and very noisy. Lock on door very confusing to use. Worst part of experience was opening pull out sofa in LR to find sheets that had obvious skid marks with debris on it. I took pictures of this and submitted my concerns only to get a very robotic text in return. Reached out 3 times and never got a personal return response. :( “Hello; thank you for reaching out to Vacasa. Your concerns have been reported to the local management for review. We do apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during your stay. Is there anything else we can assist you with today?” That was their main reply. DO BETTER!!!

We loved staying here. Everything was within walking distance and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Only negative is the shower pressure was not great but definitely not a deal breaker. The bikes were a nice plus and loved the record player too. 😊

The apartment was as advertised. Nice setup and easy access to stores, shops, and restaurants. The bathroom sliding door did not work which made securing the bathroom impossible. Also, the bed was very loud and uncomfortable. Besides that I would recommend this property due to its location and fair pricing.

Large Condo, Small Problems
The entry was extreemly confusing. The lighting at the door of condo is poor trying to see keypad. The condo was bright and clean but needs a bit of attention. Closet door was broken so you can’t slide to get to towels. Silverware drawer is broken. There are no instructions to work 2-remotes to TV. The lighting in bedroom is bad and one mirror in bath is Not adequate. ( I like to see what my cloths look like). Towels felt like sandpaper, as did toilet paper. This is a nice condo, it just needs some “hosting” upgrades and maintenance TLC. The Manager Was a nice person!
