Great location. It’s a short walk to everything food, pubs, shopping, walking to the riverside Etc. There were additional surprise costs when you went to check in; there was a destination fee of $25 and rather expensive valet nightly parking…

I was pleased with the location on Bay Street and the easy walk to the river for shopping and eating. The hotel staff were friendly along with the Valet parking staff.

The rooms were very unique, AC worked well, water got hot quickly and stayed hot for 3 decent showers.. bathrooms were stocked well with soaps, shampoo and conditioner, TP, towels and rooms were cleaned well! There was some mold on the ceiling above the shower, but I did not smell mold or musty scents at all (i saw other reviews mentioned this) .. the fruit enfused water at the front stayed mostly full (there were 2 occasions i saw it sat empty for an hour or so).. the starbucks coffee included in the $25 fee was nothing special, but tasted good - some honey packets, caramel/chocolate syrups, whipped cream, and/or flavored creamer options would have been ideal and really improved this ti a gourmet coffee bar.. I would have liked to see recycling in the building, as the trash cans were full of recyclable cups.. We needed the pull out couch to be set up as a bed, within 5 minutes of calling for the blankets/sheets/pillows we had someone bring all of our bed settings up! Overall it was excellent service.

The hotel and staff were great. The only disappointment was our room was by the parking garage and the valet staff hit the lock button several times on the cars and we kept hearing that late into the night and starting very early in the morning. It was super annoying. They need a few more valet staff because it was really backed up. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean and they provide little wooden chips for free drinks in the evening. We would stay there again in the future, but ask to stay on the opposite side of the hotel.

It's was a very beautiful hotel for mine and my husband overnight trip to Savannah. I absolutely love the historical hotels but we're never able to until now. They room and service was so good. And we went to the restaurant/bar area in the hotel for drinks and dinner and the burger was absolutely delicious and hands down the best burger I've ever had at a restaurant. If I had to say anything negative it would be I think in the room with a coffee maker in it should have lactose free options and more then 2 packs of sugar.

We loved our stay at Indigo! We don’t usually stay in the historic district, but this was the perfect location close to the restaurants and bars near Ellis Square and close to the waterfront. The hotel has a cool modern design that incorporates brick, high ceilings, colorful blue accent walls with blue hues of recycled glass bottles. The rooms were nice and cold rooms to contrast the hot July weather.

Stayed here for an overnight with the family on a roadtrip. The hotel was great! The room was well appointed and slept 6 comfortably. It wasnt cookie-cutter which is a rrfreshing change of scene. Close to everything. Valets were lovely and had great humor. Didn't eat at the hotel - too many other options closeby. Only drawback was the traffic noise in our room based on our location in the hotel. Didnt prevent us from sleeping soundly! Would stay again!
