"My wife and I along with our dog, Millie, stayed 5 nights while exploring this area during peak foliage season. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort was very quiet and peaceful. Usually we are not in our vacation rental during the day but we especially enjoyed this cozy cabin on this trip as we rode out Cyclone Isaias for a day and a half as it dumped 3 inches of rain on the area. It is always a treat to find a great place that is also dog-friendly!"

"This cabin was the perfect location for our weekend family getaway in Canaan Valley. Everything was a breeze, from check in to check out. The cabin itself is well maintained, is very cozy, and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the sky. We especially appreciated how it felt secluded, but was still a short drive (10 mins or so) from Davis for restaurants, shops, and other activities. Our one year old loved watching the horses next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!"

The inside is modern cabin in style and has every amenitie your home does. The host was a pleasure to rent from and took accommodating to the next level for our stay. "Property was surrounded by woods and quiet. There was a nice little pond there that we enjoyed watching deer feed around. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We were fascinated by the decorations through out the cabin. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Also enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Would recommend this property to others."

"Everything was great - except the sound proofness between floors: from the sound of it, there was a godzilla staying directly above our unit, and it was continuously stomping around the room each morning from 7 to 8:30, making the floorboards creak, walls shake, and sleep disappear. Next time I would only go for a top floor unit in this building. Other than that, this was quite a pleasant stay!"
