“Very good 4 night stay overall. Location is perfect and parking was wonderful. Check in was fast with courteous staff. The room was clean; however, a few outside patio lights were out and hindered staying out past dusk. Breakfast was above average with good variety. Beds weren't the most comfortable but were ok. Recommend putting microwaves in rooms that are in buildings away from the main building and ensure there are working ice machines in all buildings.”

“We stayed in the Welty House section of the property. It was odd in that there was no parlor or common room to sit in. The room was ok. Nothing too special but it had an attached sitting room with more space & a large bathroom. Odd again was the balcony off the bathroom. We couldn’t find a glass or plastic cup anywhere for a drink of water…or even a complimentary bottled water. One advantage was in the heart of the historic district. Disadvantage, it is a main business thoroughfare that was……
