"1st time to Rockport and was SO happy to find this place. The views are fantastic, and loved waking up or reading by such wonderful ocean views. The unit is cute, Diane and JP are wonderful hosts. I will definitely plan to stay here on my next visit to the area and have already recommended it to friends."

"Too bad the weather wasn't great, because this house is directly on Chebacco Lake. Our grandchildren did enjoy fishing and kayaking, but it would have been fun to spend hours doing everything.The house was immaculate and the owners so communicative. It was easy to locate the house and convenient for us since our son lives nearby.We can't wait to stay there again !!!!"

"Beautifully decorated, comfortable, all necessities are there from salt and pepper in the kitchen to extra TP in bathroom. Easy on-site parking, ocean right across the street! Very nice and responsive owners. Can't wait to go back!"

"My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our peaceful week at Steve’s cottage. We loved starting our day drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch listening to the birds. The location was perfect, close to downtown Newburyport and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and Steve is a great host. Be sure to watch the sunset from The Sunset Club at the end of the road and get breakfast from Mad Martha’s. "
