I had a wonderful stay. The cottage and barn were both fabulous! I brought my horse and rode on the trails throughout the property. The house was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the porch. The place is very updated and well furnished. I am already looking forward to booking another stay. Paula was very helpful and a great host. Great house!
This is our second time staying here. We love the house, its location and the convenience of the barn. The house is very well appointed with luxury towels and linens and a fully stocked kitchen. This year we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fireplace as well. Very peaceful little country house. Book it!

Wonderful property!
The house is beautiful and clean . We took our 2 horses and rode the trails . The barns had 2 clean wood stalls with runs on them . We grilled steaks on the patio in the nice gas grill . The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances and was stocked with a few welcome treats and drinks . The towels were exceptionally nice and soaps and extras in the bathrooms were provided . The view from the house and porch is of a pond, big fields and trees - very pretty ! Paula and Michael are wonderful hosts and have a beautiful property. We hope to return soon !

Terrific Rental
This gem of a country cottage is a perfect weekend getaway...though once there you'll want to stay longer! It starts off with the awesome owner and host Paula, who couldn't have been more welcoming and responsive. The home is immaculate, has every amenity you could want, and the overall property with more than 5 miles of trails is unique among short term rentals I have visited. You can't go wrong with Casa Colina...simply one of the best, if not the best, VRBO experience we have ever had.

Loved our stay here!!
My husband and I have stayed in many cottages/cabins in Texas and this is our new favorite! The cottage was immaculate and so nice and comfortable. We loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the back porch overlooking the beautiful view. Paula could not have been more kind and welcoming to us. She had the cottage well stocked--we didn't need a thing. Thank you Paula! I'm so happy we found this place. We will certainly be back!

Great place to stay for Round Top Antique Show
This is a great place to stay if you are wanting to get out of the city and relax for a few days. It was quiet and peaceful and the hosts were very gracious. My wife loved setting under the big covered deck and watching the beautiful sunset. We will visit again when we come to the Round Top Antique Show in the fall.

The perfect relaxation
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Casa Colina. Paula is a perfect host, provided great drinks and snacks, great recommendations for dining out. The house is better than the pictures depicted, it’s warm, inviting and cozy. The towels are the softest I’ve ever used. The bed was beyond comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The property!! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. We hiked, we fished, we used the fire pit every night. There was nothing we needed that Paula hadn’t already thought of. We will be back and we will stay longer than 3 nights next time. I highly recommend this slice of heaven.

So nice!!
This property is so nice - the house is beautiful and Paula has thought of every detail - love that there was a Krueg coffee maker and a regular one - we like to brew a full pot and we could do that - we enjoyed hiking the trails - we were warned that it might be muddy but it was totally dry hiking for us. Such a nice property!!!!

Absolutely lovely place!
My husband and I needed some time away from the business of life, and this was just what we needed! Our new favorite place. Absolutely beautiful house and property! The house was just lovely: clean, so tastefully decorated, well stocked with all the toiletries, soft linens, and kitchen items, many windows making it well lit, fireplace, the most comfy swivel chairs, very tall shower, so many details… just everything! And the back porch was perfect. Our favorite spot with such a nice breeze. We spent many hours out there eating breakfast, relaxing in the rocking chairs having a cup of coffee or tea, watching a rain storm blow in one evening, and just gazing at the rolling hills and listening to the birds, especially in the morning. There are also many trails to hike, providing many a good long walk in nature (bring some good boots :) we had brought rubber ones because it was forecasted to rain and that worked perfectly! Used the boot scraper by the back door often!). We absolutely loved this! And the host was so nice- met us on the first day with a map of trails, easy to communicate with, and so hospitable: waters, drinks and snacks ready in the fridge, wood already set in the fire pit (we enjoyed that fire, sitting out looking at the stars), just so many considerations. Very thoughtful. Paula, thank you so much. We truly appreciated this. It was almost hard to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! God bless!
