Hilltop Haven - Seaside House - Views, Views, Views!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a residential area of upper Seaside is perfect for a short vacation or a longer stay. The main living areas – with panoramic ocean views – are on the upper level, along with the master bedroom and a full    bath. Downstairs, two guestrooms (one Queen and one twin daybed with a pullout trundle) share a second bath (also with a tub/shower). This home features multiple areas for enjoying the outdoors. A small deck off the living room has a gas barbecue, and on sunny days the ocean view balcony off the master bedroom will be your favorite hangout… unless you’re in the yard, serving wine and cheese on the oak wine barrels, under a vine-covered arbor… or warming yourself around the fire pit (Duraflame logs only) after the sun goes down. The living room has bamboo floors and a large TV; the kitchen has tile countertops, a gas range, a side-by-side refrigerator and a breakfast bar (there’s also a glass-topped dining table with seating for four). But in this location, cooking is definitely optional: take your pick from delis, diners, and a gamut of international cuisines: Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, German, Italian and more.  Single car garage. Sleeps 6 in beds: 2 Queens and one twin trundle (plus air mattress for extra guests). Seaside Transient Use License #STR 20-0065 Seaside is a small coastal community just north of Monterey.

Great place close to Monterey

Good location and views

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights on a trip to Monterey Bay, Big Sur and California coast. Nice home, great views from the second story. Clean and welcoming, easy in and out driving around the peninsula, would stay again.

The unit was very clean and extremely well stocked. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! We caught up on our rest and enjoyed our stay. It was a good location to get to all the places we wanted to visit in the Monterey/Carmel area.

Property was very clean. Location was convenient to airport, golf courses, restaurants, etc. Furnishings were comfortable, wifi and tv were excellent. Driveway is extremely steep, required one person to stand by curb to watch for cross traffic. Suggest owner may want to provide garage opener to clients so no need to exit vehicle to close door.' Kitchen could use a few supplies like spices, coffee filters, etc. Laundry facilities were newer, premium machines. A solid property with no issues of substance.

The perfect place for a girl's trip

The house and property are beautiful. Check-in was easy. The house had evrything we could have needed and more. The beds we so comfy, and we made great use of the kitchen. It had wonderful views of the coast on both balconies. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week!

Hilltop Haven is a great vacation rental!

Our last trip to Hilltop Haven was awesome! This was our third time staying at this great location. It is so close to the lightly populated Del Monte Beach or Seaside beach. The location was great for all of our needs and wants. Close to Smart and Final, Monterey's Fish House restaurant, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf. This vacation rental is clean, well kept, fully equipped, and a great place to bring our family. After a day of shopping, or at the beach, this is the place where you can relax and enjoy. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful House with Beautiful Views

My son was recently stationed in Monterey. I drove his car out and my family came to visit. The house was perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We wish we had time to have had a fire in the fire pit. We did a lot of hiking and the house was in the perfect location to be able to get to a lot of what the area has to offer. I would definitely recommend using the house on Hilby. This was my first time visiting the Pacific and it did not disappoint.

Birthday celebration

My friend and I came to celebrate her birthday. We both needed an ocean fix. The house is very cute and clean. The driveway is very steep and narrow. There are a lot of cars parked on the street. Steep stairs to get to main floor but they are carpeted. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with two types of coffee makers Would stay again for sure!!

Wonderful home!

Hilltop Haven is a wonderful home to stay in if you’re in the area. We have family in Carmel and this home was perfectly located for a back and forth visit. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, with a nice view. We were in Carmel for a family wedding weekend. But we’ll be back for another visit. Communications with the property management was also pleasant.

Beautiful Home Base

We stayed at Hilltop Haven while visiting the towns in the general vicinity - Monterey, Carmel by the Sea, and Big Sur. Hilton Haven was a lovely and comfortable home base to go back to, but we wished we had built in more time to just relax in that beautiful space. We will definitely do that next time.
