4/5 - Good
I liked the area, so many shopping centers around.

I like the place was a good place and the staff are very welcoming. As one thing I didn't like I booked one bedroom King bed, I end up with two single beds. But they promise me to change in the morning and they didn't. I was not happy about it.

Staff could not have been more helpful. The venue was packed for an international rugby game, but everything was clean, well cared for and comfortable. Will defintiely stay here again!

Loved my stay here! The bed was soft, fluffy, and super comfortable. The room’s insulation was excellent — I barely heard any of the traffic outside. The staff was very polite and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The space’s aesthetic is great too — cozy and thoughtfully designed. ...

I liked the area, so many shopping centers around.
Lovely facility...great staff. Just would like more restaurants close by...in my case I did not have a car and had ro walk across construction areas to gas station for fast food from 7-11 type facility. Low comfort level going by myself.
We had a very pleasant experience and will be visiting again when we make our way back to the Chicago area.
Soccer field and game was a first for us, very cool being able to walk there and experience a pro soccer game
