Penny was very nice and allowed us to check in early; much appreciated! The suite was very clean inside, however note that there are lots of spiders outside the house, as is common in the area, so we had to watch for new webs in the morning when leaving the place. There were no bugs inside though! It is very quaint and the view is incredible. I wish there was a bit more privacy as the hot tub is located steps outside the suiteā€™s master bedroom so if someone else is using it at night, it feels a little close for comfort. We could also hear people walking around above us in the main house. The highlight of the place is the bed! The most comfortable bed Iā€™ve ever slept in! Very clean and well stocked. When we arrived there was a hand written welcome note and a plate of amazing cookies. The kitchen has fresh coffee cake and pastries. The fridge was stocked with everything youā€™d need to make several different breakfast options, eggs, bread, oatmeal, juice, milk, cream. The coffee was amazing, grind your beans and use their beautiful French press. Literally not a detail overlooked at Three Tree Point! The view is gorgeous of the water and if youā€™re lucky, on a clear day, you have an absolutely stunning view of Mt Rainer. You can take about a quarter mile walk down to the water and it is a beautiful walk but it is straight down hill and the area by the water was very nice. The straight uphill walk back was a challenge, but not as bad as I has anticipated it would be as we were heading down. The beautiful neighborhood with unique houses and extraordinary landscaping was absolutely worth the effort. We travel quite a bit and I usually donā€™t post reviews, but in this case, the place was too good not to share. Not a single moment I was there did I thinkā€¦ā€oh I wish we hadā€ this place had it all. Perfection! Thank you so much for an amazing stay! ##### Lee W. The cottage was a perfect place for a solo retreat! Every detail is considered in terms of hospitality and comfort. After a quick Trader Joeā€™s stop for snacks (about 10 minutes away by car), I didnā€™t leave except for a few beach walks. The Suite was comfortable, clean and we found the morning pastry treats very tasty along with excellent coffee. The location was great for both getting out of the city for hiking the trails with waterfalls and going into downtown Seattle to visit the Chihuly Museum and Pikes Place.
