"I did not like there was not an outdoor area to sit on a beautiful day; like maybe outside the indoor pool area where the grass is ; fence in and put tables, chairs some kind of seating. Place was great though!!! Beds so comfortable and staff very friendly!!! "

"The Oaks Waterfront Hotel is a beautiful property located only 3 miles from downtown St. Michael’s but felt like our own private getaway. The accommodations are quietly elegant and the grounds are wonderfully maintained. What really made our stay outstanding was the hotel staff, from our hostess, to our bartenders and servers and the gardener we met on our last day. Their hospitality and regard for their profession was apparent in how well we were considered in every service they provided. The property was beautiful and the staff was equally outstanding. "

I also like this location - I can walk to 4 restaurants right in the same block, but it is set back from the highway a bit and so it's pretty quiet."
