“This is a relatively new resort. The experience was very relaxing. Staff well trained. Very nice arrival experience. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Italian menu was relatively limited. There are a number of snagging items that need to be addressed in the room. Also staff forgot to refresh drinking water in our room on our second day. Swimming in the sea was incredible. All in all we came away very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.”

“Had a wonderful stay here. The property is charming with a lot of character and a perfect central location. The “superior” room was spacious and bright and the staff were incredibly friendly. The cleaning staff especially were so kind and sweet. The shower did switch temperatures from hot to warm back and forth which was odd but that was the only thing we noticed. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!!”

“It’s not an ideal property- it’s on a busy street and sits above a car rental shop with autos displayed in front, and it’s 2 flight walk up to reception (though I’m told there’s an elevator in back of the building). The view is toward a marina and industrial port- not as picturesque as Chania. The room was comfortably spacious and clean, and staff was great! Very close to bunches of restaurants and shops.”

“The hotel needs to take into consideration the very low chairs which counted as sofas which are extremely uncomfortable. No table to eat only a small low coffee table and again extremely uncomfortable outside chairs. One small rack to hang your towels No space to place 2 toiletries bags. Staff were friendly enough. We won’t be returning to this hotel unfortunately on our next travels back to Crete.”
