"The door chain was broken. The bathroom was dirty. My shower was cold the hot water never came out even on the highest setting. . Staff was rude when asked a question. No store beverage vending machine on site. "

"The hotel smelled good as soon as I walked in the door. My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and looked like it had a matress encasement. The only downsides were I wish there was more overhead lighting, especially at the room entryway. I think the bathroom could use some updating or renovation. It was a small bathroom and I didn't like how the door barely had enough clearance to open."

"Our stay at the Marriott was very nice. We was there for a concert and the location to everything was so convenient! They have a nice restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel but also plenty of food locations in walking distance. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very quiet in the evening which was nice. The staff was really friendly and valet parking is a nice touch. There was mix up with valet and them misplacing my car but they where very apologetic and even credited the valet back to me for the inconvenience which was nice. We only stayed one night but overall I will definitely stay at this location again if I need to stay in Raleigh "
