“The room was clean, but the carpet in the hallway was nasty. There was a trash can full and running over in the hallway. It was 2 days before it was emptied.”

“Clean and very comfortable rooms with a fabulous pool and lots of outdoor space. We stayed here with a party of 10 (in 3 rooms) and had a blast. Everything was very convenient and the trolley transportation was perfect. We didn’t need a rental car at all and just used Uber a couple of times to see downtown Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation, especially with multiple families!”

“We were only in town for a couple of days on business but really enjoyed this property. Many of the folks staying here were on vacation but it was still well maintained and quiet. The included breakfast was very good but crowded the mornings we were there. I'm sure this is only a problem during vacation season. We would happily stay here again.”
