“This spot was perfect for my husband’s ultramarathon at the River to Sea Preserve. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer—plenty to get by for several days or a week. The location includes several restaurants and bars in the courtyard (just missing a coffee shop, lol, although there is a boba tea shoppe). I loved how the owner, Roman, provided a step-by-step picture driven guide on how to check in to the location.……

“We had a great stay at this property! Roman communicated effectively prior to our stay and during our stay. I really appreciated the detailed photo instructions for accessing the property and designated parking spot. The space was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that there were so many dining options just steps away and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the music from the court yard. Thanks for a great stay Roman!
