“Everything was great but has terrible terrible water pressure in the showers”

“優點：浴室有spa的裝置可以使用，房間內有小的流理台方便處理食物 缺點： 旅館位在海邊不遠，整體感覺很潮濕，不舒服。水質有點滑滑的，洗完澡也覺得沒洗乾淨。”

“When we checked in the ladies at the desk acted rude and hateful. They acted as if they did not want to be there. They tried to charge $84 for parking which we were unaware of. Then on the last night we found 3 large cockroaches and have pictures of them. The bathtub in the master bathroom felt like it was going to fall through. The pressure in the bathroom water was poor. In the second bedroom there was blood on the mattress protector. I am very frustrated with our stay, because we paid money……

“There was a huge gap underneath the door, the check in area was very tiny and nowhere near as nice as pictured online. I stayed in the room maybe an hour, left and checked in at another hotel. Best way to describe this one is a motel, definitely not a hotel. I could literally hear flip flops outside, babies crying and the door only had a tiny deadbolt lock with doors that opened to the outside. I messaged them later asking for a refund and the only reply I got was asking if I said anything……
