“No no and He’ll no Staff was “out to lunch!” Breakfast was cold, under cooked and eggs were worse than Army powdered eggs!! ”

“I asked for a non-smoking room, what I got was a room that was changed from smoking to non-smoking. I was offered a different room, but that room smelled like mildew. The carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced to remove the smells.”

“The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. I didn’t understand why they wanted to charge me an additional $60 for wanting to checking in two hours early when the the room was available.”

“The host was excellent at returning to all requests immediately that was awesome. The cabin was beautiful inside, made its rustic atmosphere very cool. We enjoyed that. ”

“Every time I went to the front desk nobody was there. I had to ring the bell several times or go and search for the person elsewhere. Bedsheets in my room were burnt, towels weren't clean, the tv had a blue hue that affected the picture, none of the vending machines were operational. Housekeepers were sweet and helpful and so was the staff when they were around.”
