My drain in the bathtub was clogged, they did come and fix it but overall the room was not very clean. There was one evening the front desk gal was very rude. Other than that the others were very friendly.

I booked Sanilbel Island Resort pretty much last minute for a surprise trip for my brother, his wife, my husband, & myself for a one night stay. What a great find. Our room on the first floor was quiet, newly renovated, and extremely clean! My brother's room on the second floor was very clean but probably could use a bathroom refresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We arrived early and were given resort wrist bands so that we could enjoy the amentias while our rooms were being prepared. The restaurant on property is well stocked, and the service - excellent! Bar services at the pool bar and BRGR - outstanding! We would definitely return. Sanibel is a beautiful island.
