This collection of natural objects is on the to-do lists of many travelers to Luohu. But Shenzhen Museum isn't the only drawcard in the area. Hong Kong Golf Club, Dongmen Pedestrian Street, and Happy Coast are some other recommended attractions close by.

8.8/10 Excellent! (8 reviews)
Words cannot describe the smells we encountered. Arrived and checked in to a 'Deluxe' room and couldn't breathe with the thick smoke smell. Then saw the first dead cockroach and returned to reception to ask to upgrade. Paid 75 GBP to upgrade to a business suite and it wasn't much better. The thick smell of smoke on every furnishing cover was horrendous, and such a strong smell of vinegar when we turned the air conditioning on. Walls are filthy, with what appeared to be blood, cleaner didn't change cups or glasses but was in the room daily. Surprised not to have a fridge too. The suite was a really good size, and if it had been clean and didn't smell so badly, we would have been impressed. 40 minute taxi into central Shenzen.
