"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. "This was our 3rd time staying at a Dormy Inn property. We love the baths and sauna, especially at such a reasonable price point. This particular building had an odor of cigarettes in the hallway of the floor our room was on, but our room itself was spotless and we kept the smell out by keeping the inner door closed. So it didn’t detract from our positive experience and we’d definitely stay here again in the future."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything about the room was very comfortable and we highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when we encountered an issue with ETC along the way to this hotel in our rental car. (The issue had nothing to do with the hotel.) We asked the front desk how we should handle this issue as tourists and their staff and management went out of their way to make several phone calls on our behalf with the ETC staff and our rental car company explaining what happened. The hotel manager even said that if our rental car company or ETC gave us any issues when we turn our car in, to reach out to him directly and he would help us which was a very compassionate gesture to offer us. Not only will you get a nice and comfortable hotel room if you stay here, but you will also have very emphatic and friendly staff who will go above and beyond! We are very thankful to the hotel management and staff for taking such great care of us! "
