“Really lovely place in the town of Hunter. Very modern, with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and laundry facilities. Plenty of space - six could sleep comfortably. Our host was extremely helpful and easy. Would definitely stay here again, I bet it's gorgeous during the winter months! ”

“Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. We were a family with a guest……

Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Easy check-in process and clean. The home brings a sense of childhood nostalgia, which can be a very nice touch. Highly recommend and would definitely book again”

“House was in a prime location about a ten minute drive to the downtown and other local attractions. We were looking for a “in the woods” feel and this was a great mix of convenience and seclusion. The back deck is really nice. If traveling with small children who are used to sleeping in dark rooms, I do suggest bringing travel black out shades for the large windows in both bedrooms. We found the downstairs bedroom to be easier for our kids. ”

“First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. The big side property was great for a little wiffle ball game with my nephew…. Close by down the road was a nice hike to the fire tower. Overall, an excellent experience. Big plus on Wi-Fi since there’s zero cell……
