“Cozy cottage on a busy road. Nice backyard for the dogs, and access to a beautiful property across the road with fields they could run in. Frank is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were very comfortable in the main floor bedroom suite. ”

“Oh, I gave this property excellent scores for all the questions but I am reminded now by the suggestions for what to write about about the fact that it listed an Ocean view, which is obviously a mistake. It’s nowhere near the ocean. There’s no ocean view. It is in the woods it’s secluded.I actually took a very little walk in the middle of the night in the dark using my cell phone flashlight and got kind of lost for a while, but managed to find my way back. That was quite an interesting……

“I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.”

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”
