"Japan is one of the most famous traveling country in the world. When I planned to come to visit Tokyo again, I arrived in Haneda Airport. I found that Kawasaki and Yokohama were just adjacent to the Airport. Therefore I included in my itinerary and tried to find a hotel and I made a reservation here with “No regret”! The reception is nice. I used my limited Japanese to communicate with her and I found her English is good. The room is clean and spacious which is located near the JR station. A few minutes walk to shopping center and foodies. There are five washing machines. Many visitors were using them and it needed around 2 hours to wash and dry. I think it is better to use it at a later time or very early in the morning to avoid waiting. The gym room is ok but not my cup of tea as it has only one dumbbell inside. Overall, it is an outstanding and memorable stay and it worths the price. Highly recommended for visiting Kawasaki. Thank you."

"房間整潔寬敞，間隔設計簡潔之餘也有特色。員工服務殷勤完善，很多職員的英語比我還好，英語較弱的職員也會全力為只懂英語溝通的客人解決問題。自助早餐的選擇不算很多但水準不錯，餐廳OZIO和華曆的早餐水準非常高。晚餐方面我只試過OZIO，用餐體驗優秀，下次入住的話也想試試華曆的晚餐。預算許可的話這家酒店在舒適度、飲食和服務都是甚佳的選擇。"

"這是一家非常以他們歷史為傲的飯店。因為員工的熱忱、飯店的雅緻還有餐飲水準都讓人驚豔。特別推薦西式早餐。當你吃膩了其他飯店吵鬧的自助式早餐，這裡的歐式餐廳能面對海景和冰川丸號用餐，整個格調真是無與倫比。"
