The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and public transportation. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They even stored one of my suitcases while I traveled to another city, making my trip much more convenient and stress-free. The exceptional service, prime location, and overall hospitality make this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Yokohama. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on my next visit."

"My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure.
