“The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and……

“The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. ”

“This place was sketchy. I stayed in a sweet that was almost empty. It looked like someone try to break into the room before. I would NOT bring children to this property, the clientele were rough looking at best. Had homeless people by the entrance and exit. Staff was great, but would definitely not recommend.”

“The hotel’s maintenance is in disarray. The doorknobs are falling off, and the pool water was green. Strangely, there was a sign near my room’s emergency exit that discouraged its use. I’m not sure the fire department would approve of that sign. On the positive side, the staff and breakfast were quite good. ”

“We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were……

“Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend ”

“Located in an excellent area, business offices nearby, the outside of the building was nicely landscaped, appearing to hold a promise for a great stay. However, once inside, it quickly disappoints. The hallways had dehumidifiers, along with scent diffusers. Once in the room, I fully understood: musty odor, old stained carpet, the entire building needs a thorough deep cleaning inside & out. Stay if you must, we try 2 different rooms they both smelt bad. ”

“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”

“The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”
