Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled.

To start off the location on hotels.com/expedia.com were incorrect. This hotel is on the Main Street which was very noisy and upsetting since we picked this property based on location. The rooms were not sound proof. Additionally, we had 3 rooms for our group and 2/3 were not cleaned. One had a bloody towel and the other had the bathroom supplies used/open. We also never received housekeeping automatically, which I did not mind but good to know if you like a clean room. The excursion team there did not support in cancellations which I was not happy about as someone from our party fell ill, he did not give us a refund at any capacity although we were promised a partial refund as the deposit was already paid to the tour operator, the GM did not give us a refund after multiple messages. Breakfast- Yes Breakfast is free but it is the same leftovers each day and unsure what most of it was. Nothing special compared to other hotels in the area. Some parts I liked was they gave a free water bottle each day, and the regular staff was overall friendly.

If you are visiting Egypt, Zen Pyramids Luxury Villa is hands down the absolute best place to stay. They can organize everything—ATV desert rides, Nile tours, scuba diving, camping, and spiritual retreats. The prices are extremely fair with no middleman commissions, third-party hassle, or drama. ​This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Zen Pyramids Luxury Villa is the only spot I will stay at whenever I visit Egypt!
