"Brilliant stay! We stayed for 2 nights and would have been happy to stay much longer. It was so peaceful and tranquil and tucked away - a hidden gem! Only a 15 minute drive from Cefalu and 5 mins from a supermarket, we had such a great stay. Loved the cats, donkeys and chickens too. The pool was a great location with an amazing view and the cassette had everything we needed for our stay. We were super happy here, the best part of our Sicilian journey. Thank you"

"This place is up higher than I had expected. The walk to dowtown is easy but I found the walk back up tough for my age. I took my car for the other days! We were 3 traveling together. It was a little out of Cefalu and I would have preferred something a little closer or alternatively I stayed in the actual resort at another time and enjoyed the location more. "So after arriving from A 24 hr travel to get there, we just wanted to get to our room which was a beautiful kingsize bed and view of the water….We were asked over and over if we wanted to see the junior suit. We said sure but was not told the price…when we saw our room originally we loved it… then she brought us to see the upgrade room and continued to say we can do it for 500 more… I told my husband something is up… it can’t be… I said no at first and she kept saying only 500 more and we said ok fine… we signed that it was 500 more for the up grade. We were tired and got in very late and were hungry so we wanted to begin our vacation. I in the back of my mind thought wow this is amazing but something is up. When we checked out we were slapped with a bill of DOUBLE THE AMOUNT WE ORIGINALLY HAD! So we told them we would have Never of upgraded in the first place but she told us 500 more. We went back and forth and even though after MUCH EMBARRASSMENT WE PAID 500 a night..1500more which we should have never accepted but at this point we had to settle up and needed to leave. The paper at the bottom we signed said small letters AMOUNT ONTOP OF…the price looked the same as the original with 500 more. VERY deceiving …We were taken advantage of. I should have filmed her saying over and over only 500 more. Also just should have stuck to my gut and said NO!"

"Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for a week during the Santa Rosalia festival and it was excellent. We were right in the city centre. We asked for a quiet room and found ourselves at the back of the hotel which suited us perfectly as there was zero noise. The cathedral is a 5 .invite walk up the hill as was the palace. The lift takes you to the first floor. You walk along the corridor to another lift which takes you to the rest of the floors. Quirky but loved it. Breakfast is from 7-10, it's the same selection every morning but sets you up for the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and couldn't fault it. Would I stay here again, definitely. Already thinking about a return visit when it's a little cooler, we had 34° just about every day during our stay. The photos are the views from our room window."

"The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."

"The Pros Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot, and our room had a great location with a wonderful private patio. Excellent AC & Cleanliness: The property was very clean. The biggest highlight was having individual mini-split AC controls—a total dealbreaker for us. Dinner Perks: Unlimited wine carafes during dinner. The Cons Cramped Room & Zero Privacy: The room was very small, barely fitting a corner closet and two chairs. Worse, the bathroom was separated from the bed by only a sliding glass door, offering zero privacy and amplified acoustics. A solid door or separate water closet is badly needed. Poor Bathroom Layout & Maintenance: The trim and plaster need attention, and the shower routinely flooded the bathroom floor. Housekeeping also annoyingly left clean towels on the bidet. Impractical Amenities: The mini-fridge is too small to hold standard liter water bottles. Additionally, the pool bar is inconveniently located far away in the lobby, with confusing rules about using different glasses at different times. Misleading Value & Food: For the price, it is misleading that the resort is not all-inclusive—only breakfast is included. While breakfast was acceptable for Italy, dinner is not worth staying around for. You can find much better, cheaper culinary options nearby in Cefalù."
