“The place was whimsical but lacking amenities. No shower heater only warmed the place by about one degree every three.hours or so. Bathroom door didnt stay closed. ”

And took done time, repeating the same steps I had, then finding she needed to reprogram the thing. I told her I was disappointed that, at this price point, we had to have our evening interrupted and host a visitor. She became incredibly defeMove And rude. Told me I should be thanking her and appreciating that she took the time to come. At no time, as a manager, did she apologize……
