“We were given a different Villa than what I booked for. We were told that the villa would be equally nice or better and this villa that we were given is not equal or better. I booked for a luxury Villa and the villa I was given is not luxury at all. It is an old wooden villa. The one we were given is about half the price of what I booked. I would like a refund for the difference.”
