“The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. At check in, the free drink was great! The only problem with this place is that there’s no restroom in the lobby area so every time you have to go use the restroom while in the pool you have to either go into the casino or up to your room. Also while there one of our bicycles were stolen right in front of the hotel doors while locked to our car. Some staff was great but, the staff we had to deal……

“Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too……
