“I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. ”

“Wow - this place is AH-mazing! We simply had the best time at Naia. We stayed in the beach bungalows which were beautiful and spacious rooms - the bathrooms were perfectly laid out. I especially loved the covered patio on the from with a table and chairs so we could sit outside and play cards and have drinks. The property is well taken care of and the staff is always cleaning up the beach and making sure the place looks top notch. The staff is wonderful, remembering our names and favorite……

“Fantastic stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. The property is breathtaking and well kept. We stopped at many hotel resorts on the way, checked them out and none compared to this one. The included breakfast we were able to order of the menu was delicious, the staff extremely helpful and polite. The site offered lunch, and had a great bar.
