We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond, we loved the coffee shop and restaurant/bar on premises, and there is many restaurants, grocery store, and laundry facility within walking distance.

Phone key did not work for the entrance the entire time of our stay. Had to walk to go get a physical key - fine for me, but hard for elderly parents.
No option to deliver the key was provided, which is an inconvenience for $700+ per night hotel room. Otherwise, the hotel room itself was great - remember that there is no elevator.

"The breakfast was a mix of food unique to Iceland and also common enough for the picky eater. We loved it! The vibe was so different from American hotels which was also why we loved it so much. This was the classic cozy, peaceful experience we needed :)) I recommend this place!"
