"Parking is a little tricky for the suites, but manageable. The staff is helpful and responsive, but not overly friendly. There's a bar and a limited menu in the main building. Laundry service available. Amazing views of the ocean, as promised. Less than 10 minutes drive to Vik with all kinds of dining, shopping and fuel. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We stayed at Farmhouse Lodge’s Chicken house for 2 days before Christmas and absolutely loved it. The Chicken house has everything- fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bathroom. The location is wonderful since you can go and see several waterfalls and black sands beaches near by. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to explore that area of Iceland."

"This property was incredible and I wish we had booked more than one night here on our trip. We would have liked having one day to just slow down and enjoy the scenery and the calm atmosphere that is The Garage. Anna had fresh baked cookies for us as we arrived and it was just the most wonderful experience. The weather was wicked windy and Anna told us that we could stay until the break in the weather so we wouldn’t have to be out driving in unsafe conditions. 10/10 recommend and if/when I come back to Iceland, I WILL be staying here and for at least two nights!"
