"This hotel was super cool! Felt like you were walking back into history then greeted by the most friendly staff. Perry was super cool super helpful and Hella nice. He gave some of his time to talk to us and share soame history about the hotel.
The hotel room was enough for 2 people, lots of storage, cool little balcony where you can hangout and sip on a beverage while you people watch. The only thing that bothered me is the fact that the water in the shower didn't warm up very much. Now i think this was just my room. Cold showers weren't all that fun but for me that's not really that big of a deal. "
"We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was very clean, and the staff at check in was very nice. Made the process very easy. Pool, and upper deck area very nice. Check out was easy as well. Had to wait a little while for them to bring car around, but expected as several people were trying to check out. Staff at the Rib Room Sunday morning was not very friendly, and had a hard time communicating with a lady as she did not speak good English. Glad we did not decide to eat there, as they are very pricey. But overall, wonderful stay. Would stay again. "
"This hotel is located steps from Jackson Square in the French Quarter. The rooms have been updated and everything is very nice. We stayed in an inside room and it was small and there was really no place for our luggage but we made it work. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. So much is easily walkable. "
