“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. “I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from……
