"The room was clean. I personally not a fan of the carpet- which did have some stains, showers are older but get hot water. Some of the stairs were loose going down to road. We didnt use the pool but looked clean. Beds were comfy- pillows not so much. Would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to all the shops!"

I especially appreciated the service at Poindexter coffee shop. Dara, the coffee house manager, was unflappable, even in the face of the crowds of Little 500."

"The room was perfect for what I needed, the staff were amazing and friendly, the breakfast has multiple options including a prepared option that changes daily. Parking was plenty. This is perfectly located for Bloomington and the heart of IU campus. I enjoy every time I stay, love the tea bar and the afternoon delectable snacks, (all amazing, especially the cookies)."
