“Great cabin! Clean and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay. Cute town. We spent our 4 days in YNP. It was about an hour and 1/2 drive to the heart of the park. We didn’t mind the drive as we woke up early to get into the park. Most nights we ate at the cabin. The only down fall was no mixing bowls or bowls to make a big salad. So clean but limited kitchen items. We made it work. We loved the chickens. ”

“We fell in love with this rental. If you’re comfortable with a 20 minute “dirt” road drive and are looking for a secluded getaway, this place is for you! (On the highways in and out of the area, chains will likely be needed if expecting snow) The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our party of 7. “Wanted a different birthday getaway for my husband. This place checked all the boxes. A log cabin house on a knoll in the middle of the California farm belt. Cows mooing in the morning and brilliant sunset in the evening. 360 degree views of farms, mountains and lakes. Close to fishing (we did-Modesto Reservoir), Yosemite (we did) and gold country (we did). My only suggestion to make this perfect would be handrails for the front door steps and to reassess the high cleaning fee. Loved it, a...
