"Sheets and towels were clean and bathroom area looked clean. The old carpeting had all kinds of dirty spots that didn't look like any had been attempted to be cleaned! The mattress was firm. I couldn't get the TV to work. The curtains were in bad condition. I tried to get a doubles room on the ground floor but they only have doubles on the second floor and wouldn't change anything because it was arranged online through Expedia!"
