"What I enjoyed most was the support staff and their efforts and enthusiasm to making sure our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. Also there was Melody at the front desk who greeted us with a warm welcome to the resort! Her attention to detail and excellent customer service skills were beyond what we expected. Combined they made a memorable experience one we will not forget. The Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort is a gem! It houses several dining locations on premises and located within walking distances to great fine dining establishments. We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel!
