“Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. ”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “Great stay, absolutely lovely amenities, so much included, food was fantastic. Expedia and the hotel separately charged resort fees and at check out we did have to pay an additional 65 dollars per day on that. Did love the pool, loved the view. Great for kids and families. Wait staff at the pool was very limited- would be great to have QR code ordering by the pool- would increase their revenue I would think. ”
