"Rooms not "freshened up" by 5pm most days. Wanted to rest up after a day in the sun and spent time chasing down someone to do a quick cleaning. A few issues of language problems with cleaning crew. Oh and 2 hotel empying fire alarms. One of which was at 2am. The food, drinks, and pools were good. Plenty of loungers and chairs. "No cash" policy was dumb but i get the hotel wants to control the money. Outside the resort was a bit depressed, but an Uber ride down to road will get you to a Publix or Walgreens for some supplies at reasonable prices. ABC Liqour had great prices if you need to stock up. No plans to go back. Maybe in a year or two. "

"Only one elevator worked, the ac didn't work, the microwave in the room stuck closed and I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come and free my food from the microwave..... It's very close to the hotel tho, and even has a shuttle (which drove right cross me when I first got to Miami and I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.)"

"AC was great except light bulb in room was flickering. Phone in room for room service was not accessible. Bartender was not helpful with providing cup for ice. Receiptionist on our first day was very welcoming. "

"The staff checking in and out were okay. Room could have been cleaner and updated for sure. Yellow stains on sheet which should have been taken off and thrown away. Not the best place I’ve stayed but not the worst. You could also smell weed when we entered to go to our room. "

"We were very happy with our first stay at Fountainblue. The poolside staff were fantastic with helping us with an umbrella each day is the hot sun. Will definately recommend and hopefully return sometime in the future."
